Coordination in Padel

Manual-eye coordination can be defined as the ability that allows us to perform activities that use our eyes and hands at the same time. We use our eyes for directed attention and our hands to perform a certain task. Hand-eye coordination is a complex of cognitive skills, and should guide our hand movements based on visual stimuli and feedback. The development of hand-eye coordination is particularly important for normal child development and school learning. We use our eyes to direct attention and help tell our brain where our body is in space (proprioception). We use our hands to perform a certain activity simultaneously and coordinated, based on visual information. Hand-eye coordination is fundamental for the development of literacy and furthermore, we use it daily in an infinite number of activities in our daily life such as, for example, when we cook, draw, insert the credit card into the ATM, type on the computer, we throw and/or pick up objects. In fact, when we drive, we use hand-eye coordination in an uninterrupted way: based on the information about the route that we perceive through our eyes, our hands constantly act on the steering wheel, etc... Almost all activities of our daily life require hand-eye coordination, which is why it is important to stimulate and improve it. It is usually stimulated in the child's preschool and childhood age for the development of fine and thick psychomotor skills, but it is also important in adulthood.
